先週末、オーダーに手こずってたブツがきましたぜ。
靴と自転車用のグローブ。
自転車用のグローブは文句無いんだけど、届いた靴はChocolate色だった。
あれー、私、色はTanを頼んだと思ったんだけどなぁ。
とオーダーを確認してみると、うん、確かにTanを頼んでるよ・・・
すぐさま連絡を取って3日、しかしまだ返答来てません。
Chocolateもいい色だなぁと思えてきたが、履いてしまったらいざ返せとなった時に困るので履くのを我慢してます。

この靴、セールだったから返品不可かもしれない。でもそれは私のせいじゃない。

Shipping Companyが譲歩して、
「『返品できない靴を送り返される送料=無駄な送料』と考えて、この靴をキープしたまま、Tanを送るのが一番負担がかからない」
と考えてくれるのがベストなんだけど。

ワーストは、このまま知らぬふり、かなぁ。
その場合のアメリカの消費者相談センターって、どこだろ・・・

Last weekend I finally received the products I ordered a couple of weeks ago, shoes and gloves.I am pretty much satisfied with the gloves, but the color of shoes I received was Chocolate, not tan. I immediately e-mail to the import agency "international-orders.com" but no answer for three days. (First I complained to one who gave me mail, 2nd day I sent to support@..., then 3rd day I sent to cs@ ...(customer support) and no answer.
Hmm, whether they will accept shoes exchange or not (I guess it is not possible, since the shoes are on sale now), they should contact me as soon as possible, and apologize! Isn't it a commonsense?
I wonder if there are consumer report or similar kind of organization to report! But I guess they will be no problem since their customers are far from the U.S. and not familiar with how to impose sanctions.
Anyway--- well, to tell the truth I started to like this chocolate color, but still want to have tan color. So I may (if I got contact with them) try to negotiate to send me tan shoes, and keep chocolate as well, so that they do not bear return shippng charge, nor have additional process for e-bay auction or garage sale... I'll see.
